Returns Exchanges and refund policy

Adele signature return policies 14-Day Returns and Exchange Policy providing the product is lightly used.
If you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Please don't hesitate to contact us.

All products discounted or on sale are not eligible for return.

Any improperly packaged or non-insured packages will be returned to the sender. Products that show signs of use or wear or have been altered and products on sale that have been discounted and marked final sale or used cannot be accepted for return.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

To return a product, follow our steps below:

  • RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF AN ITEM IS WITHIN THE 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT If the product have been damaged during transit to you, it can be exchanged or replaced
    You need a return authorization.
  • Make a copy of the original invoice or email the order confirmation.
  • Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and packing boxes and material.
  • Returning or exchanging an item still in the same condition as shipped to you.
  • All delivery times are Monday through Friday, including Saturday, except holidays.
  • A signature is required on all deliveries, regardless of any waivers from carriers.
  • All packages are insured, so you don’t need to be concerned with lost packages.
